All deliveries are made using professional tilt-load trucks operated by experienced, insured drivers.

Our equipment ensures:

  • Safe, controlled placement of your container
  • Accurate positioning exactly where you need it
  • Minimal impact on your property
  • Fully insured service for your peace of mind

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • Full delivery address with any special access instructions
  • Delivery notes: Gate codes, contact person on-site, preferred delivery time
  • Door orientation: Which direction you want the container doors to face
  • Site challenges: Narrow driveways, overhead wires, soft ground, slopes, or other obstacles

The more detail you provide, the smoother your delivery will be.

20ft container:

  • Minimum 60ft straight clearance for truck approach
  • 16ft overhead clearance (wires, trees, structures)
  • 12ft width clearance

40ft container:

  • Minimum 100ft straight clearance for truck approach
  • 16ft overhead clearance
  • 12ft width clearance

Ensure the path is clear of overhead obstacles like power lines, tree branches, and low-hanging structures.

Your delivery site must have:

  • Firm, level surface: Concrete, asphalt, gravel, or compacted ground
  • Avoid soft ground: Grass, mud, or sand can cause the truck to sink
  • Clear debris: Remove rocks, branches, or other obstacles from the placement area
  • Level ground: Significant slopes may prevent safe placement

If you're unsure about your site conditions, send us photos and we'll advise.

Step 1: Our driver will call you 30-60 minutes before arrival.

Step 2: Upon arrival, the driver will walk the site with you to confirm placement location and door orientation.

Step 3: The container is carefully tilted off the truck and positioned exactly where you want it.

Step 4: You inspect and approve the placement.

Total time on-site: typically 10-15 minutes for a standard delivery.

Waiting time charges: If our driver arrives and cannot complete delivery due to site access issues, unprepared ground, or customer delay, waiting time is billed hourly.

Common delays:

  • Gates locked or access blocked
  • Ground not prepared or too soft
  • Customer not available on-site
  • Unexpected obstacles discovered on arrival

Weather delays: Deliveries may be rescheduled in severe weather for safety. We'll contact you to arrange a new date.

Before delivery day, make sure you:

  • Clear the delivery path of vehicles, equipment, and debris
  • Unlock gates and ensure access is open
  • Mark or flag the exact placement spot
  • Check for overhead wires, branches, or structures
  • Confirm ground is firm and level
  • Have someone on-site to meet the driver
  • Know which way you want the doors to face

Following this checklist ensures a fast, smooth delivery with no delays or extra charges.
