Final sale
All shipping containers are final sale. We do not accept returns once a container has been delivered or picked up.
Why: containers are heavy freight with graded conditions, unique IDs, and site-specific delivery. Once placed, the unit is no longer practical to restock.
What we will make right
We will repair, replace, or refund at our option if any of the following occurs:

Wrong item or grade was delivered compared to your order confirmation

Material defect exists that contradicts the stated condition at delivery

Reefer units fail a Pre-Trip Inspection when sold with PTI documentation
Any remedy requires that the issue is documented within the claim window below.
Inspection at delivery
Please inspect with the driver:

Verify container ID/serial and grade match the order

Open and close doors, check operation and seals

Quick look at roof and interior where safely accessible

Driver can take photos in place for your records
Once you accept placement, cosmetic wear consistent with the grade is not a defect.
Claim window and how to file

Timeline: within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

Include: order number, container ID, description of the issue, photos of all sides, doors, floor, and any concern
We will confirm next steps in writing. Do not move or modify the unit until we respond.
Non-returnable items
-
All containers (new One Trip, CW, WWT)

Special orders or modified units (open side, double door, open top, flat rack, reefers, custom paint, vents, doors, electrical, insulation)

Any unit that has been moved, altered, cut, welded, or painted after delivery
Delivery and fees
Delivery charges are non-refundable once a unit has dispatched. If a remedy requires pickup or swap due to our error, we cover related freight. If site access is not ready for a scheduled pickup or swap, a second-attempt fee may apply.
Exchanges
No exchanges. If we approve a remedy, it will be repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion based on availability and logistics.
Orders with financing
If financed, approved refunds are sent to the lender under your financing agreement. Interest or lender fees already incurred may be non-refundable.
Jurisdiction note
This policy applies to sales in Canada. Consumer cooling-off rules for EU markets do not apply. Your statutory rights, if any, remain unaffected.
